    This page contains information on ordering merchandise from Eagle USA to a domestic location (including Canada). Please carefully read the information contained in this page in order to understand Eagle USA's ordering system. For ordering information to an International address (excluding Japan and Canada), please read the information on our International Orders page.

    Insurance is included with all shipping charges. After contacting Eagle USA, we will reply with the shipping charges for your location.

  • Sales Tax
    California residents will be charged 7.75% of sales tax.
    All other locations will not be charged sales tax.

      Money Order or Cashier's Check: No processing period necessary.

  • Payment and Merchandise Delivery Dates
    Unless requested otherwise , Eagle USA will not hold merchandise based on a price or availability request so in a few cases merchandise availability may change. In all cases, Eagle USA will hold merchandise once an order is placed and ship the merchandise once payment has been received. Special orders will be placed with the manufacturer after payment has been received. Additionally,information on expected delivery dates are strictly an estimate and can not be guaranteed. Occasionally, a manufacturer's promised delivery dates may be greatly delayed. In such cases, you will be offered an opportunity to cancel your order without any penalty.

  • Changes / Cancellations
    For merchandise that is in Eagle USA's stock, orders may be changed or cancelled prior to shipping. For merchandise that is specially ordered or ordered with customizations, any changes and/or cancellations will not be accepted.

  • Returns / Exchanges
    For merchandise that is in Eagle USA's stock, returns or exchanges are accepted within two weeks from the date of your purchase. All merchandise must be returned in the original, unused condition. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, all returned merchandise must have a Return Authorization Number which will be issued by Eagle USA clearly printed on the box, otherwise, the returned merchandise will not be received and return to you. The original purchase price of the merchanandise not including shipping charges will be refunded in the same payment method as the purchase. For Credit Card refunds, exchange rate fluctuations may change the refund amount. For Bank Transfer refunds, fees may apply.
    For merchandise that is specially ordered or ordered with customizations, any exchanges and returns will not be accepted.

  • Defective, Misshipped Merchandise
    If the merchandise received is different from what was ordered or is defective, Eagle USA will replace or repair the merchandise and will be responsible for shipping charges. All returned merchandise must have a Return Authorization Number which will be issued by Eagle USA clearly printed on the box, otherwise, the returned merchandise will not be received and return to you.

  • Warranty
    Eagle USA will accept merchandise still under manufacturer's warranty (usually one year for clubs) for repair or replacement by the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to Eagle USA. After repair and/or replacement is completed, Eagle USA will will ship out the merchandise at Eagle USA's expense. All returned merchandise must have a Return Authorization Number which will be issued by Eagle USA clearly printed on the box, otherwise, the returned merchandise will not be received and return to you.
