G15 Irons

  • New Custom Tuning Port(CTP) - A reshaped and repositioned CTP saves seven grams which is allocated to the perimeter to increase the moment of inertia.The new desing also provides the proper structure and support behind a thinner face to ensure consistent distance control and a solid feel.
  • Wide sole - A wide sole positions the center of gravity lower and farther back to increase the launch angle for higher glying, longer carrying shots. The sole geometry is designed to ensure a smooth transiton through the turf.
  • Weight savings from a thinner face - is re-positioned to the toe for added forgiveness on mis-hits and its wider sole produces a higher launch angle. Stronger lofts combine with a center of gravity located low and farther from the face to produce longer shots without sacrificing the higher trajectory required in a maximum forgiveness iron.

    PING TFC 149i - Designed by PING for G15 line, this premium graphite shaft is engineered with lightweight materials and features progressive weight,flex and torque profiles to increase club head speed for maximum distance while providing optimal launch conditions for superior control, consistancy, and feel.

    PING AWT - Players who prefer to match the feel and weight of the steel shafts in their irons may choose PING AWT (Ascending Weight Technology) shafts for their gybrids. These lightweight steel shafts produce a higher trajectory than the PNG Z-Z65 steel shaft for most players.

    PING Z-Z65 - A lightweight, stiff flex shaft with a high flex point for players desireing a lower ball flight. For most players , the Z-Z65 produces a lower trajectory than the PING AWT stiff shaft.

    PING ID8 - S soft rubber grip with dog-bone texture that offeres enhanced control, the PING ID8 is the standard grip on G15 & i15 Series. Available in six color-coded sizes for golfers with different hand sizes.

    ID8 FULL CORD - Rubber grip with dog-bone texture and soft cord for comfort and control.

    The G15 iron provides the high-launching, maximum forgiveness attributes that bring consistency to your iron play. Stronger lofts combine with a center of gravity position that produces longer shots without sacrificing the higher trajectory required in a maximum forgiveness iron.
