 Never Compromise, Inc, was founded in March 1997 by Vikash Sanyal, after becoming frustrated with the direction his former company was taking when they merged with a large conglomerate. Sanyal, who was formerly the Vice President of Marketing at Odyssey Golf, assembled a strong team of some of the most talented young people in the golf business along with several well-respected industry veterans, and began designing and manufacturing a premium line of putters with a unique three-piece technology and trademarked Black/Gray/Black color scheme.
